I am a chocolate freak… and I love pizza… oh and not to forget fizzy drinks! Surprising? Well… striving for balance is fundamental.

What motivates me is my son to whom I dedicate this venture to
What drives me is desire to look good and to stay healthy
What scares me is lack of purpose and missed opportunities
What excites me is improvement, growth and evolvement.

My journey with fitness started in 2007.
I wanted to reach stars, but did not know how to. After a few ups and way more downs, I decided to set a goal and work towards it.

In 2014 I took part in a Fitness Bikini Competition. This was an amazing and a very intense chapter of my life. I learned a lot about myself. I was able to welcome both, my abilities and shortcomings. My transformation was incredible.

It was my first big step into the fitness industry, but the universe had another plan for me - three months later I got pregnant.
And that was how I got inspired… by my own little boy.

I am a member of Chartered Institute of the Management of Sport and Physical Activity, CIMSPA. This development body regulate sport sector ensuring fitness professionals provide high standards of practice.
All CIMSPA-accredited qualifications are internationally recognised.
I hold NCFE Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor qualifications.
I have been awarded a certificate Active IQ Level 3 in Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition.

My vision is to implement postpartum fitness into your life.
I want to help you to create a new, healthy and more friendly routine.
I will support you all the way through and teach you how to manage a powerful connection between physical activity and mental health.
